Death penalty for Rape?!

Be emotional and don't think logical, you'll say a BIG 'yes' to death penalty against rape. But what's the truth? Well, if it is implemented, no rape victims will be alive to say the witness accounts. The rapists are not fools enough to remain the last evidence of the crime they have committed.
